Top Local Tips for Porec
Be Carefull My tip is that about every 2 weeks there is a storm often causing the ferry to not be able to travel if you go and the storm happens try to get back to the hotel early as you will not be able to when the storm is at its highest point. (don't worry it is harmless!)
Great food and drink in Porec Food and drink is really cheap in Porec and really nice. If I went again I would go B&B or self catering as it's so cheap to eat out. Would highly recommend hiring a car. They aren't expensive to hire and essential for discovering the island.
must go to venice and pula go on a ferry over to venice about 2 -2.5hrs ferry ride. Have a day in pula to see the arena.

Excellent site, good accomodation, good breakfast and dinner, poor activity in rainy days, excellent personnel, kids animation, miniclub from 4 to 12 yo(but they took both our kids). Excellent price/services : FB for all at 130 per day.
