Despite a very stylish look, the hotel doesn't meet the lowest criteria with respect to the service level: restaurant staff that doesn't pay attention to the guests, doorman who harasses foreigners, manager on duty who doesn't listen to complaints. Just bad, bad, bad! (only exception was the lady responsible for meeting arrangements)
