Hotel Jadran is pleasantly situated on the sea front in Njivice. The hotel is a very large complex and the rooms are very clean however the complex as a whole is a little dated. The food at breakfast was a typical continental offering and the one evening meal we had was poor but fortunately there are plenty of local bars and restaurants available. The main disappointment however were the staff who were not at all friendly or helpful-this applied from the manager who was the worst offender down. This contrasts with our experience at a wide range of other Croatian hotels where the service has been excellent and we certainly wouldn't return to this one.
