Lovely hotel in idylic surroundings

Staff and service very acceptable and catered to our requirements. We are a party of fit but elderly walkers and found the Hotel catered for us. Service in restaurant good but found in general all over Croatia the staff do not appear to smile .But food good so could live with that.

Great setting - horrible service

These people have never heard of customer service. Also, they never smile! Facility is amazing with great views and gardens (which are mostly unused) I'll go to Motovun again (as soon as i can) but wont stay in hotel Kastel...
