Hotel good, staff friendly and helpful, food fine, room good. Package deal with Bulkan Holidays. Option trips felt expensieve (UK prices not Bulgarian) but enjoyable - recommend Rila Monastry and Sofia. Trip on the gondola a must (if operating!). Thoroughly enjoyable holiday in the summer, not many people about, just how I like it.
