Use this hotel for one night as we had an early morning flight less than 5 minutes from airport staff, very friendly room, spotless, great sea view from balcony room 208. Pity we could not stay for breakfast. I would rate more than 2 stars.

Nice New Hotel

We rented two rooms, one was a standard double (55 Leva per night) the other was a top floor two room apartment (120 leva per night). Both were very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English, Bulgarian, German and Russian. The hotel is directly across from the beach and there is an unobstructed view of the Black Sea. The beach was cleaned each night (but the water was too cold for us to swim in it). The hotel is actually located in a suburb of Burgas called Sarafovo which is about 6 miles (10 KM) north of Burgas. We will definitely use this hotel again when we are in that area. The only bad thing about the hotel is the endless building projects that are going on in that area of Bulgaria.
