Fantastic holiday
We booked this hotel two weeks before we went. The price was about £600 each, including flights, accommodation and ski hire. We transfered from Plovdiv. What a nightmare! It took 4 hours on un made roads. When we got there it was dark and the hotel was the bes lit hotel in Bansko. It looked amazing. The concierge took our cases and the receptionist showed us to our room. Well it was massive. A lot bigger than we had thought and big enough to live in for a week. We were provided with dressing gowns and slipper which is very helpful for the spa). The staff were superb, the only fault with them was when you were at a bar and had been served your 1st drink you had to try really hard to get their attention to get another or the bill.
The spa was fantastic. Personally I had a treatment everyday. The prices were very reasonable. Do book a day or so in advance because they do get booked up.
The only downside to the holiday was that the food was not great. In the hotel or in the local restaurants.
Overall a fantastic holiday. Definitely recommended!
