Very average Hotel accomodation. The food is good, but the owner is determined not to be helpful or friendly. He obviously hates running a hotel and the guests!

Worst Hotel Ever

This hotel is operated by the most rude, irrational, and unfriendly man. Do not stay at this hotel! The rooms were not cleaned when we arrived; there is no air conditioning; and Rik, the owner,treated our entire party with contempt. He admittedly hates Americans and apparently hates everyone else except for Belgians. We had a run in about a blanket that I accidently spilled something on. I agreed to reimburse him for the blanket and he charged $200 for it! Take my advice, there are better hotels in Oudenaarde (like the Pomme D'Or or the Cesar). Save your money and some headaches!
