The staff at the hotel were very helpful, but the rooms were awful! I took my partner and his parents for a Christmas break to see the markets and was more than disappointed with this hotel. Bits of the ceiling were falling down in the bedrooms, the bathrooms were no more than a cupboard! And the view was on to the fire escape and brick wall!!
