I have never stayed in a hotel like the Square. It is sooo old-fashioned. Blankets!!!!!!! Don't they know what a duvet is!!!! No telephones in the room!!! I can live without a TV in the room, BUT NO PHONE. When my daughter called the hotel to speak with me, they were rude on the phone and it was too much of an effort to get in touch with us to let us know that someone had called. I can understand the hotel is closing down in September. The price we paid for three nights was too much for what we received. Maybe they should never open another hotel. If they do, they have a lot to learn.
