A strange way to eat

Probably one of their busiest weekends, which they could not cope with. there is no dedicated restaurant and we found ourselves waiting for the food to be replaced every morning and every morning at least a dozen people were eating their breakfast at the bar on stools not 5*. on the Sunday night we returned to the hotel at approx 9.30pm and could not use the hotel bar or lounge as it was closed for a private function I would suggest a very poor idea as the hotel has only a small bar, lounge and dining area. There was a constant problem with the drains and the smell too accompany it. We asked on two occasions to speak to the manager and told he wasn't working we left our telephone no and email address and to this day have not been contacted. To some up not a 5* hotel just a 4*

Great place to stay! The Warwick Barsey has a unique design and personalized service! It is a true 5 star hotel with a fabulous restaurant!

I had good time staying at the hotel. The lobby clark was very nice and the room service was just enough service that people feel comfortable taking room service. Some hotel has too much service mind and start stepping into my privacy zone.
