Not up to expectation

Very clean. very orderly BUT when I stay at a hotel at this level I expected much more. I have no complaints but it didn't meet my LC (luxury content). Otherwise a wonderful hotel in a good location.

Luxury at affordable rates

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Brussels. Our weekend stay at the Royal Windsor Brussels hotel was both relaxing and luxurious where we used our room to recouperate from being enthusiastic 08.00 to 20.00 city-tourists. All facilities in the hotel were first class and we particularly liked the option to relax in the piano bar with a pre-dinner drink before moving into town for dinner.

The hotel was beautiful

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful the staff very professional and friendly. Frankly it was the nicest hotel that my wife and I have stated in the United States or in Europe. Adding to that it was a great rate. If we go back to Brussels again we will certainly stay there.

Good grande dame in central location

Near the Station and Grand place, but without the noise. Rooms were comfortable and the staff were very helpful, especially when my room card lock reset itself for the third time. I'd stay there again.

This hotel was a good 5 star hotel. Perhaps the room was a little small, but it was very comfortable! The staff were excellent!

Fabulous location, clean and superb service

Its always a bit of a gamble when booking Hotels on the web and not having any recommendations. We decided to book the Royal Windsor and certainly were not disapointed. The service and accomodation was superb which made the stay most special as we celebrated our Anniversary. We would like to return the Brussels and would return to the Royal Windsor without hesitation.

The Royal Windsor Brussels is in a great location near the Market Place. The hotel is kind of stodgy and quiet...perfect for the business traveler but wouldn't be my choice if I was in Brussels again for pleasure. The restaurant/bar does open up on to the street where it is busy and festive. The service at the hotel was really great, especially the attentive front desk staff.

The royal windsor is extremely well located. it is just blocks from the train station and the place. the room was small but clean. The staff was not overly friendly or helpful. we got to brussels at about 4:00 for a 3:00 check-in. We were told our room would not be ready until 6:00. we left our bags and came back a few hours later to check-in. There was no apology, nor an attempt to make it up to us in any way.
