We have been very impressed by this hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a few steps away from La Grande Place. We will come again...

Quiet and courteous

One of the most wonderful things about the hotel was theiier willingness to get us right into our room. We had been traveling for 18 hours and just wanted to go to bed. They let us!! The room was beautiful, and quiet with the Old World charm we had hoped for. We would stay again in a minute!

"In summary, I can say the following: * The breakfast selection was good, and the restaurant always had seats available. I enjoyed the hot breakfast. * The staff were very good, friendly & courteous. * The large dual aspect, situated at the front of the hotel on the first floor, was excellent. It had good facilities including slippers and a dressing gown. The bed sheets were very clean, the storage space was excellent and room service was also very good. It was quite refreshing to be able to watch BBC1. * The location was perfect, right in the centre of things. It was also not far from the central train station, not far from the main square, and it was quiet. I would have no hesitation in staying there again on my next trip to Brussels.

This was a very comfortable hotel with a nice breakfast. It is located very close to the Grand Place which is a real plus. The rooms were a good size and well kept. The personnel were very friendly and helpful.

The royal windsor is extremely well located. it is just blocks from the train station and the place. the room was small but clean. The staff was not overly friendly or helpful. we got to brussels at about 4:00 for a 3:00 check-in. We were told our room would not be ready until 6:00. we left our bags and came back a few hours later to check-in. There was no apology, nor an attempt to make it up to us in any way.
