...but Management at the desk a disaster. I was very much satisfied about the comfort of the hotel with an acceptable price/comfort ratio (~€ 150). But I was very much disappointed about the customer service at the desk. The lady explicitely offered in perfect German language a complimentary voucher for breakfast. I liked this gesture and I attended breakfast, but I was surprized that I was charged 17 € for breakfast next morning - she explained that this was a misunderstanding. Unprofessional behavior. Sorry - I can not recommend to stay in NH Hotels when these kind of tricks belong to their business behavior.
