The room and bathroom were clean. The rooms are noisy. The elevator is very small, especially when you have a little child in a buggy.

We were allocated a room in the annex building, located directly adjacent to the main hotel. The room was very basic, the decor bland and in need of modernisation. Ameneties within the main hotel were adequate for our short weekend break.

Simple and quiet

It is close to the centre and easily accessible. Clean, friendly, simple and reliable. The room rates are very competitive for the services you get. Briefly, it satisfies my requirements. I stayed there twice during last 3-4 years. I would definitely consider staying there again when I go to Brussels.

Neat and clean if a bit basic

I was looking for a well-priced place to stay for one night that had easy access to EC offices and this fitted the bill nicely. The facilities were all neat and well presented and the road it is on was quiet enough not to disturb a good nights sleep. The inclusion of breakfast the next morning was also a welcome bonus. On the negative side, the lift was a bit of a tight squeeze for two people with overnight luggage and the whole place had a slightly impersonal feel. Overall it was fine as a place to get a decent nights sleep and was within walking distance of the core EC facilities. Certainly somewhere I would use again.

Clean & quiet

It is very convenient because it is located near the Socrates, Leonardo & Youth Technical Assistance Office and other EU offices (10-15 minutes walk). It is clean and quite. The staff is very friendly, polite and do their best to help you. The room was small maybe because of the big bed. I didn't find the bathroom so convenient because it wasn't big also. The breakfast was nice and served on time. Don't forget to taste the excellent jams.

The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel itself very clean and very luxurious with plenty of facilities, although some of these facilities very pricey indeed.

When we initially arrived at the hotel our roomwas terrible and didn't even have a shower, but we complained and were given another room without any quibble, the staff were firendly and the hotel was lovely. The location was fine if you turned right when you went out the door, unfortunatly we didn't know and on the first night tuned left and ended up in a rough kind of area, be warned!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location is good and the hotel quiet which was especially appreciated since we were extremely jet-lagged.

Convenient location in center of town, walking distance to metro, quick taxi to train stations. Modern comfortable rooms. No wireless or internet.
