Rude and stole

One of the workers at the front desk was nice while the other pretended he didn't speak English and cost us 14 euros for a cab ride we didn't need. When we left I forgot two of my jackets and I called immediately to ask if they found them and the man refused to check the room and later they said the maid didn't find it. I know they stole and I wouldn't trust leaving anything in the hotel room. I would not recommend staying here.

Worst stay at a hotel ever

Beds were uncomfortable. Staff was rude. Cost us extra money because of hotel's mistake. I would never stay here. Questionable ethics of staff. Lock your stuff up if you don't want it to get stolen.

Not good service. Uncomfortable beds. Staff cheated us out of money. I would stay away from this place!

This was an ideal hotel at a reasonable price. Very happy with the service and the room cleanliness.

Stayed for a long weekend. couldn't complain about anything. the breakfast was big, and with the french windows open, it was a pleasure to eat in the room. staff were very friendly and helpful - the manager sleeps in the corridor by reception until all the guests are home for the night!
don't listen to the other reviewers, it's really a good hotel for the price.

Unfortunately hotel was pre booked by somebody else due to location. Room was small,dark and pokey. Not inviting at all. Breakfast served in bedroom. Breakfast preparation room next to our room was dirty. Was told I could park in nearby underground car park @ 2 Euros per hour....48 hours=96 Euros!! Decided we would not stay. Manager refused to come down and see me so I went up to see him much to his surprise. Still had to pay for 1 night. Put it down to experience. Got a room in Comfort Art Hotel, Rogier. Same price, 100% better.

Guys, never choose this Hotel Derby,
if you don't want to sleep at the street after booking this Hotel!!!
I booked this Hotel giving my MasterCard,
they confirmed my booking by e-mail,
and when I came there, they told me
they fully booked and don't have room for me!
I had to find another hotel, what was
very inconvinient to do with suitcases
in unknown city.
Never book this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
