Worst stay!!

The room was spacious but beds too soft, enough to cause backache. When I reached the hotel, there were tea bags, coffee sachets available...only a kettle...no cooking utensils even. Upon calling the reception (at around 7 pm) , they said maids can provide these only the next day. Imagine to have gone without tea/coffee after a journey. But they had the 'bottles' ready in the freezer - afterall, they earn extra out of that. 2nd day of my stay and my mobile (new Nokia 6260) was stolen from the room - obviously by either the maids or bar guy. No one helped me out - they only kept saying they can't help and the maids couldn't have stolen. Police complaint was lodged but you cannot do much for a mobile, can you. It was pathetic... I was stranded on a foreign land without a mobile. They never made an attempt to find out if the maids had taken it. All they did was concoct cock & bull stories about the maid who cleaned our room being on leave and I just kept on hearing "At this point, we cannot help you anymore". And they never did. They just spoilt our otherwise good holiday!

Conveniently placed

The hotel is conveniently placed and easy to get to by metro and airport bus. The rooms are large and fairly well equipped. However, the beds are a little too soft for my liking - okay for one night but cause backache if you are staying a week! Breakfast was not included in my booking and was quite expensive to order separately from the hotel (around 30 euros). The hotel has a tapas bar, but no restaurant, but there are numerous restaurants in the area.

Very comfortable room, every possible amenity, fine food, friendly and helpful staff. All at an exceedingly affordable price. I'll be back for both business and pleasure.

Comfortable and Hospitable

My stay was quite and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. The lady of the owner, I am sorry I forgot the name, was very kind to give me a lift in her car and guide me to the place from where I could take the city tour. I look forward to my next visit to Brussels. Only suggestion for improvement - room service for food and beaverages. Good luck and God speed.
