Great name, rubbish hotel!

Went to Brussels for a romantic weekend, but the hotel was anything but royal! the room that my wife and I stayed in was s**t bedding never got changed, the chain on the window was broken (look like for a while(chain should of been there due to the lack of height from the wall to the window)) water stains on lamp shades, water stains on pictures, white marks on the sink counter top (could remove the mark by just using your finger nail!) no mini bar(but you could go down stairs to use the vending machines!!) The list just goes on and on...... please people don’t stay there!!!
