As a business traveller I expect a hotel to have internet access. Conrad Brussels advertise that they have. I went there and there was no access and after calling the reception nothing happened. After my second call someone came who had nothing to do neither with the connection nor with the computer he knew nothing about it. The internet was out of order on the tv as well. Not to mention the business area next to the reception where there was access to the internet but the area was being refurbished during my stay and the smell of the paint was extremely disturbing… There was an Asian congress at the hotel that time. At 5 in the morning my phone in the room was ringing and someone spoke an asian language to me. He did not understand English. It happened at 6 in the morning as well. As this is not the fault of the hotel there is no problem with it. The problem is that I told the receptionist to switch off my phone for the next day, I do not want to be woken up at 5 by other guests.......
