Roughly a 20 minute walk from the grand place. Closest station is Rogier and then it’s over the traffic lights and next door to the Sheraton hotel; just to let you know as we found it quite difficult to get there. Hotel is over rated as being an art hotel. Nothing arty about the room. Bathroom is quite small. The shower is good except there’s no curtains, water tends to go everywhere in the bathroom! Beds are good, room tends to get hot as there’s no air con, but would be good in the winter I suppose. Lift rarely is ready and takes ages to come, better off walking, lift is really tiny, could probably fit only 2 people at a time. Breakfast, we went down in our PJs but realised everyone was down in their suits etc, but not a big deal. Simple breakfast that’s finishes by 10am, consists of rolls, croissants, scrambled eggs, muesli, ham, yoghurt, fruits, cheese, cornflakes and a variety of drinks. Pretty simple breakfast but good that it’s included as it keeps you full till lunch :)

Where to start? Too short bed (and I am 5' 6"), miniscule pillow, noisy room, broken fluchinf mechanism on toilet not fixed and new room not offered until we asked, and huge leak through bathroom ceiling whenever anyone took a shower in the room above, no internet (available in lobby for 12 euro for 30 min!!!), low class, expensive, but cheaplooking decor. Breakfast was the only highlight.

Moved hear after refusing to stay at Hotel Derby. Very nice budget hotel. Pleasant, interesting rooms with excellent en suite facilities. Staff friendly and breakfast good.Location handy for Metro and walk to Grand Place via large shopping complex. Would definitely stop again.

My boyfriend & I stayed here Oct 05 & found it awful. Rooms were small (although the bathroom was big but the shower was rubbish). The people were unfriendly & unhelpful. Location was good but I wouldn't recommend it to people. There are many similarly priced but better run venues available. A badly run Comfort Inn. Artworks are overrated.

Lovely, small hotel with a friendly staff, great breakfast and small but nicely decorated room. Would highly recommend to those who prefer charm to hi tech.
