Great staff and amazing customer service

For the price it is for sure a great value !! The people are great and they treat customers in a very personalized fashion. Super clean. Great breakfast. The only minor point was that because we got nice weather in Brussels the room was a little bit hot but we had a fan and it was not a big deal. I absolutely recommend it !

The hotel is conveniently located within the walking distance of most of the city's highlights. The staff were very friendly and professional, the room cosy and extremely clean, the breakfast rich and varied. I was really impressed by the quality of service - definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed at. And all this at a very reasonable price (39 euros/night).
