Do not book this hotel! We booked into this hotel in Brussels for 2 nights. On the second night of our stay, we were so shocked to know that 5 rooms were burglarized including ours! It seemed that the burglary was planned as all the lugguages were nicely closed after all the valuables were taken. Six families that stayed just a few level above us lost 4000 Euro in cash, a few Ipods, labtops, a few cameras, a few sunglasses.. etc. We lost an Ipod, camera and some cash! When we reached the hotel after dinner, we saw some people were so panic in the lounge and we then were told what happened. We wanted to take the elevator to our room but it was out of order at the same time. We went in to our room and nothing seemed to be unsual. But after went through our luggages, we found out we lost our Ipod, digital camera and some cash! Went down to the lounge again and the families that lost most of their valuables tried to complain to the person incharged during that hour but...... Read more
