Location is reasonably close to centre of Bruges (5 mins walk), although not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Rooms are really huge - such a change from usual cramped hotel rooms. Public rooms very elegant and breakfast good. Quite a small hotel (13 rooms?)so good service from staff. Only problem we encountered was that wireless internet didn't really work in our rooms on the top floor so had to sit in public rooms or alternatively go out into the corridor to connect! Manager was very apologetic and said that they had recently had a new system installed and he would get it rectified the following week. Also given this was not a cheap hotel WIFI was an 'extra' and we had to buy connection cards charged by the hour. However I suspect this is common practice in Bruges' hotels.
