Reserve a jr suite but get a dump

This has happened to us twice at your hotel. Made reservations 2-3 monthe in advance for Jr suite but on arrival told only room available is 3rd floor garret. we being oldr and exhausted stayed to our regret. you are dishonest and we steer friends away from bruge because of you.

What a rip-off

We had what they called a 'superior room' as no standard available at 140 Euros per night. Room was very very dated, poky, with uncomfortable beds, they called it a double, but we had two twins pushed together with separate blankets and bed linen. Room and bathroom not particularly clean, had to lug suitcases for few flights of stairs. There was no fresh fruit or any fruit or cereals for breakfast, just an egg, yoghurt and some croissants. I think this is too overpriced for what they have to offer, I am curious to see their standard rooms...
