A great hotel in the centre of Bruges

We spent two nights at this hotel in December 2005. The room was very large and nicely furnished with dark cherry wood panelling. The bathroom had a separate loo, bath and close up mirror but the complementary toiletries were meagre. (one tiny shampoo and conditioner for three guests). Good thing I always take my own. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was very good, fresh fruits, delicious crispy bacon, mini omlettes, dutch pancakes and heavenly pastries. Staff were attentive and efficient. I would stay here again.
