The Navarra is a great hotel situated as near to the centre of Bruges as you could hope for and it has all you would need for a great stay. If you can get it on a deal or as part of a package then even better as it can be quite expensive going through the Best Western website directly. The rooms are of a good size and immaculately clean as you'd expect from Best Western and the reception area, breakfast room and bar area are also to a high standard. Just one thing though... the hotel bar and mini bar is very expensive and the breakfast room can be become very, very hectic when the hotel is full. Very friendly staff and overall a good hotel, I would definitely stay there again.

Eating out. Dont miss a chance to go to the Pieter Pourbus Restaurant.

Boat trip on canals 30minute trip on a few canals. Not alot to see on this - our live commentary was poor. I noticed some boats had earphones - maybe this is better? Try walking with a good guide book instead!

Bars There is an excellent bar across the road from the hotel and is open into the early hours of the morning.
