When I got to the hotel, they said there wasn't a room I had reserved, though I showed a copy of reservation, and they prepared a room far through long corridor, and with a window out of which male workers were on construction, so mother and I couldn't open the curtain in the morning. When checking out in the next morning, they claimed higher fee which was of the room I had reserved but couldn't get. It meant that my reservation was actually submitted rightly and the one in the reception failed to find the right reservation. I told them what happened but first they obviously tried to convince me that it was me who was wrong, maybe I forgot having breakfast(how could it be? it was in the morning and too short time to forget whether I had breakfast, and I didn't). After making sure to the manager, the one who was talking to me turned to be displeased and didn't say even a word of apologies.
