Make Deposit During Short Trip From Vienna.

Just after arriving from Tokyo we stayed at this hotel because we had a flight schedule to Plague early next morning. No luxury was necessary for us. We asked to deposit our big luggage’s for two nights stay at the Czech capital. It was quite convenient.

Problem With Ability And Hospitality

When I got to the hotel, they said there wasn't a room I had reserved, though I showed a copy of reservation, and they prepared a room far through long corridor, and with a window out of which male workers were on construction, so mother and I couldn't open the curtain in the morning. When checking out in the next morning, they claimed higher fee which was of the room I had reserved but couldn't get. It meant that my reservation was actually submitted rightly and the one in the reception failed to find the right reservation. I told them what happened but first they obviously tried to convince me that it was me who was wrong, maybe I forgot having breakfast(how could it be? it was in the morning and too short time to forget whether I had breakfast, and I didn't). After making sure to the manager, the one who was talking to me turned to be displeased and didn't say even a word of apologies. All these things occurred from their lack of ability, sincerity, hospitality, and professionalism. Also they looked down on Japanese. If not, they couldn't talk as if I was wrong, I couldn't curriculate my room tariff and the charge of breakfast, or as if I forgot that I had breakfast. All the more, they should have apologized me about they made two mistakes(wrong room, wrong tariff). It was a terrible memory stay there. I don't think the attitude was suitable for the hotel which is at the entrance of Wien, Austria.

The hotel was comfortable and so convenient. We were able to drop off our rental car and simply walk across the road to the terminal for a very early morning flight.

The first time I have been to Austria for about 25 years. The hotel was one of the best I have stayed in for many years. The staff and rooms where to the highest quality. They even tried to charge me half price for the two rooms that I had booked. It’s a good job that I am an honest man. I will definitely stay there again when I next visit.
