The hotel was easy to get to from 2 U Bahn stations, and you could walk to Stephansplatz. Located in a very safe and quiet area. Rooms were very nice, clean, great bath with soaking tubs. Lots of closet space, free internet in room and free use of computers in lobby. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was knowledgeable, spoke English and were very courteous and helpful. Rooms were very quiet, bed was comfortable. No complaints. Will stay there again during next trip.

I was extremely happy with KK Palais Hotel, located on quiet Rudolfplatz, and an easy walk or U-Bahn ride to any place we wanted to be in Central Vienna. It was so pleasing to be in a hotel that was adequately, but not overheated, and to have no noise (not our experience in 5 other hotels in Europe!) The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay in this well priced hotel again.
