Hot, small, noisy and expensive

My room - for which I paid a mint for one night (I don't know whether I was ripped off for booking through the Internet) - was rather small and the bed was tiny. The weather was stifling and there was no relief from the heat (in the high 90s Fahrenheit). When I opened the window to try to cool down the room, there was a lot of noise from the street (my room was on a low floor). Perhaps under other circumstances Hotel Kummer is charming, but that is not the impression it made on me.
