Great Location, Shame about the poor bar service

It was my seventh stay at the Sofitel (now called the Hotel Am Konzerthaus) in seven years, and my first in the last two years. The bar service is now unbelievably even worse than in past years. Customers have to actually walk around to find staff. Service at the front desk is perhaps slightly better than in the past. As ever, this hotel's best feature is its location.
