Great Hotel

Well, as far as rating this hotel, I only gave 8/10 because the wireless internet was not working, but other than that a very quiet hotel, great staff and very helpful. The hotel is in a very good place in Vienna and overall a very good place to rest.

Small But Quaint

As it was our first port of call, on a round the world trip, we did not have anything to compare it to. Looking back now, it wasn't one of our worst hotels. But it was probably the most expensive one. The room was dark and small, it was central to Vienna. The staff was friendly. If I was going to Vienna again, I would probably look for something more modern. The outside looked beautiful and traditional. But the inside needed to be bought up to modern day standards.
