Top Local Tips for Vienna

Steer clear of July If you're planning a trip to Vienna, I'd advise strongly against going in July. It appeared to be almost closed when I was there last summer, which meant that the city lacked atmosphere, there wasn't a great deal to do and it was almost impossible to find a good restaurant to eat in.
