It's a while since we stayed here but it's a family run hotel with a long history so I doubt that it's changed much. It was a great place to stay. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for the family. Our room was large, clean, well appointed. The location was ideal for us as we were travelling by car, it had good parking facilities and was only about 15 minutes into the centre of Vienna. Lovely scenery just a short walk from the hotel and even more within five minutes or so by car. It's a 4* but, in all honesty, not my idea of a 4* - but that didn't matter as the family were just SO kind and friendly. Downsides were no restaurant, but plenty of Heurigen (bars with the primary intent of selling food) very close by. Also no public rooms top speak of, just the bar-cum-breakfast room, no rooms with comfy seating but it really didn't matter for the type of holiday we were on i.e. out all day and most of the evening. All rooms have shower, no bathtubs, and this is the only reason we have not rushed back there, rickety knees means that standing in a shower is not a comfortable option! English is spoken but they don't laugh and are very helpful if you want to try out your German.
