| Superb food, staff, service and rooms. |

Quite simply the best Hotel on the Planet !!! Extremely good food, very friendly and helpful staff,rooms are lush,super clean and extremely comfortable. Generally over the years (we've been 4 times now)the weather has been very good too temperatures around the high 20's to mid 30's. Best of both worlds, sun bath by the pool or have the adventure of a life time climbing mountains until your heart is content! We call this beautiful Hotel 'Paradise'. Please stay away as I want it all for myself !!! |

| Bed Bugs |

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four nights in May. When we booked we were promised a bath in our room as my wife has difficulty using a shower. However, when we arrived there was only a shower in the room. We asked the manager to be moved to a room with a bath and we were told that they only had one room available with a bath. This was room 122 which was small and dingy. It also had a lovely view towards the garages and rubbish bins.
Worse than this was the fact that Room 122 was infested with bed bugs. Both myself and my wife were badly bitten whilst we were sleeping. In the morning we were horrified to discover dead, squashed bedbugs on the sheets.
The public areas are smart and elegant and the food was very satisfactory. But they certainly need to smarten up their act when it comes to the accommodation and bug infestation. Avoid unless you are a bug lover.
