I booked this as a last minute birthday present for my partner. We've never been to Austria before but didn't fancy going to Spain etc where the majority of English go for their summer hols. We were really impressed with the hotel,the rooms were clean, tidy and very adequate. We were able to have free bikes from the hotel.If going out for the day you can get a packed lunch f.o.c.The waitresses in the hotel were fantastic but the bar staff not so good, if they didn't like you they tended to ignore you. The food served was excellent (with a choice of 3 main courses every night)All drinks were free with evening meal. The only thing that they could possibly do would be to put tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.The views were stunning.One could be as lazy or energetic as one wanted.The cycle to kitzbuhel was over 10 km's and well worth the uphill struggle.For the big kids try tobagganing,great fun but over very quickly.
