Trains to Germany Get a Bayern ticket. we went to Munich for €29 (3 people) We had to buy a ticket from Seefeld to Mittenwold as well which cost about €15. But the Bayern ticket is definitely good value.

Learn cross country skiing in Seefeld Austria with Martin Tauber at xc-academy We went in February 2009 to this very nice place Seefeld in Austria with so many cross-country skiing routes. The only thing was, I wasn't used to ski at all! So, we asked in the Hotel where to learn cross country skiing and they suggested us the Cross Country Academy (www.xc-academy.com) of Martin Tauber. And it was the right choice. Martin was our trainer and I can say he is really good! He was a member of the Austrian professional cross country team, and he took part in many world cups. Back to the lessons: My wife was used to skiing, but as I said I was not at all and I must say one day later I was in the "Loipe", great! Martin really showed us how to do it and how to do it right. I was able to enjoy the nice cross country tracks around Seefeld. But be aware, it is SPORT and requires at least some fitness! We had great weather, great air and a great time.
