Lousy location, unfriendly service

We found the location of the hotel a problem - we could have booked much closer to the sights of Salzburg. The room was small and not all that well kept especially for the price but the biggest letdown was the chilly service. The website has a lot of wonderful pictures, but that did not correspond at all with the dumpy joint we found on arrival.
