My wife and I stayed at the Gasthof Krinnenspitze on our Austria/Germany vacation. We spent 5 days in the Nesselwangle area which is close to Fussen and Reutte. It was hands down the best part of our vacation. Our rooms was bigger than expected, clean and comfortable. Infact, I would rate our room at the Krinnenspitze better than our very expensive rooms in Munich and Vienna. The Gasthof is a family run operation. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the Gasthof's resturant. The food was typical Tyrolean fair (Schnitzel, Goulash with Knoedel etc) but very tasty. I unreservedly recommend Krinnenspitze to any one looking for a charming, friendly, comfortable place in a truly scenic setting. There is excellent walking and I hear skiing in winter. We plan to return next year!
