Drunk staff in the restaurant

We have just returned from Kaprun, we staid in a Guest House Kunstleralm in February 2008. I've never had this bad experience with the restaurants in Austria before. House was OK, but staff in a kitchen were always drunk, untidy and smoking. Food was absolutely tasteless and not fresh. One the last day of our stay weve been food poisoned and 3 people of our party had a vomiting and diarrhea. We are VERY VERY disappointed with a service provided.
