I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Everything was perfect - the staff, rooms, spa facilities and food. The room price includes full board which gives you a buffet breakfast in the lovely room looking out onto the mountains, light lunch, afternoon tea and cakes and a full evening meal. The price is extremely reasonable for the 5* standard that you receive. The location is also outstandingly beautiful with all the lakes, mountains and streams you could desire. I have never stayed anywhere this fantastic and I can't wait to return.
The only cautionary note is that the spa facilities are 'FKK friendly' which means nudity is allowed and most people do use the facilities naked. Its very relaxed and there's no pressure to remove your swimsuits but if it makes you uncomfortable then you may want to give this hotel a miss. Although you would be missing a real treat!
