Had such a great time last year, with my husband, that I have just come back from taking my mum. Both times good food, very clean, very friendly and very "hands on" owner and host. There are many other places in the world to visit, but I am strangely drawn to want to go back ASAP. I have been twice in the Summer, maybe I should come back in the snow!?

Just spent 4 days with my 10 year old son here whilst snowboarding in fieberbrunn. friendly staff, quick check in, quick service in restaurants for both breakfast and dinner. My views on Austrian cuisine have gone up considerably, every meal from the starter buffet to 3 course table service gave good variety and was well presented. Rooms exceptionally clean, I stayed on the 5 th floor, only 2 rooms on this floor with a great view over the mountains, with added bonus of floodlit tobaganning behind and a firework display at 10pm. Only 2 mintues by car to nearest resort or 10 minutes on bus. the resort of fieberbrunn is an ideal resort for children thorugh to intermediates. Do not let the 36km of piste put you off. All of it is skiiable/rideable and all in perfect condition (my second visit here), when you consider nasty mogul fields, sheer ice and patchy snow in other resorts that you avoid, it appears that the resort is much larger than its 36km. No queues at any lifts open pistes, even at half term and pirce of drinks and food on mountain is a bargain.

A very full and varied program overseen by a thoughtful charismatic host- Mr Eberhart. The rooms were comfortable, the food good. The scenary was magnificent and the area was central to many interestng places.
The evening entertainment was varied and again could not be faulted. The only criticism was that the temperature in the hotel was too high- better than too cold!

Hotel great! 2 members of staff great, Michela is brill. Boss thumps tables when things dont go his way, his secretary is abusive. Food bland boring English, could have stayed at home to get beef and sprouts. 2-3 hrs for food, order night before. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our second visit and again, total satisfaction. The owner, Herr Eberhardt, does his best to make his guests welcome and happy. He has a great sense of (British) humour. The staff showed the same high standard of politeness and efficiency. Definitely recommended.

Room and bathroom spotless and bed comfortable. Spacious restaurant and food excellent. Staff extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel ( and resort) was so impressive that my wife and I will visit again next year.

Excellant hotel, the newer parts of the schloss blended well with the old.an interesting place to stay staff very friendly and helpful,nothing was too much trouble. food served quickly and efficiently, a good starting point for walks and trips.

Hotel very nice and beyond my expectations and I find it strange that some comments from other people saying meals took 2 hours. I did not experience anything like that. 45 minutes from start to finish, perfect service from very efficient staff. MY two complaints are the owner always spoke about us being English when I am Scottish and the smoke in the bar was unbelievable it is about time they banned smoking in public places.

Our stay in Tyrol at the end of April 2006 was rather better than we had hoped for thanks to the excellent staff of this interesting hotel. Very nice room, clean and comfortable; very good food served by friendly and helpful staff - and without unnecessary delays. An absolute top!
