Great family hotel
Just spent 4 days with my 10 year old son here whilst snowboarding in fieberbrunn. friendly staff, quick check in, quick service in restaurants for both breakfast and dinner. My views on Austrian cuisine have gone up considerably, every meal from the starter buffet to 3 course table service gave good variety and was well presented. Rooms exceptionally clean, I stayed on the 5 th floor, only 2 rooms on this floor with a great view over the mountains, with added bonus of floodlit tobaganning behind and a firework display at 10pm. Only 2 mintues by car to nearest resort or 10 minutes on bus. the resort of fieberbrunn is an ideal resort for children thorugh to intermediates. Do not let the 36km of piste put you off. All of it is skiiable/rideable and all in perfect condition (my second visit here), when you consider nasty mogul fields, sheer ice and patchy snow in other resorts that you avoid, it appears that the resort is much larger than its 36km. Wonderfull value
A very full and varied program overseen by a thoughtful charismatic host- Mr Eberhart. The rooms were comfortable, the food good. The scenary was magnificent and the area was central to many interestng places.
The evening entertainment was varied and again could not be faulted. The only criticism was that the temperature in the hotel was too high- better than too cold!

The boss over powering
Hotel great! 2 members of staff great, Michela is brill. Boss thumps tables when things don’t go his way, his secretary is abusive. Food bland boring English, could have stayed at home to get beef and sprouts. 2-3 hrs for food, order night before. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Consistent High Standard
Our second visit and again, total satisfaction. The owner, Herr Eberhardt, does his best to make his guests welcome and happy. He has a great sense of (British) humour. The staff showed the same high standard of politeness and efficiency. Definitely recommended.

Excellent in every way
Room and bathroom spotless and bed comfortable. Spacious restaurant and food excellent. Staff extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel ( and resort) was so impressive that my wife and I will visit again next year.
