If you want to be very central, and want to stay in a big hotel which isn't extremely expensive, this old Soviet relic is a good choice. It's been remodeled a fair bit, but retains much of its old character. A decent choice though for the price.

Clean Hotel with good breakfast, the only problem is its elevators which are small and hard to work. good price.
