This tall ex-Soviet Hotel is perfect if you want to be off the beaten track, in the Hrazdan Gorge, by the river. This spot is perfect for joggers and people who want to feel removed from the city. It's a $2 cab ride to the center of town, or a 25-30 minute walk if you're up for it.

A very distinguished old building converted quite well into a hotel. Nice lobby with bar, great location near Republic Square and Vernissage. A pretty good price relative to some of the competition.
