Good place, near everything, shopping, nightlife, restraunts etc etc.
The staff is friendly, honest and helpful. They always have time to help you, never in a rush. 24 hr coffee shop is good.
The rooms are clean and well kept. Not fancy but you have everything you need. They are a little noisy in the evening because of traffic but not so bad you want to move. Little balconies are nice to sit and drink your morning coffee on.
Any travel arrangements or special needs can be taken care of by the staff and they are more than willing to do just that.
Can't comment on the internet service or television as I used neither.
All in all a good place to stay, middle of the road pricing ($72) I will stay there again.

Top Local Tips for Panama City

Book well in advance. Panama City is becoming a more and more desirable destination point. Some hotels are filling all vacancies more than a month in advance. If you want a good selection of hotels it would be advisable to book as early as possible and call periodically to confirm.

How to use taxis for business in Ciudad de Panamá.... Don`t use the hotel/ tourism taxis. They cost simply TOO MUCH! instead, spot a nice taxi on the street, and, if you have various "short-time" destinations, tell the cab driver to wait till you get out of each one, in order to take you to your next destination. Getting a free cab in Ciudad de Panamá is quite a task, i must tell you, and if you find one that 1) is free, 2) stops (some of them wont stop (??)) 3) has AC, and 4) costs less than $1.5 for a trip (and will wait for you if you wish), stick with it and ask the cab river his number!

Renting a car It is not that bad to rent a car and drive aroung Panama. I rented a car for $15.00 per day but paid extra for GPS which was well worth t.
