i concure with the lady from canada, at $90 this is a expensvie place...but equates a $30 room in reno nevada usa. no wifi in room, lobby has free wifi but isnt A/C'd. When inquiring with front desk they and a "thrify" employee made a comment in spanish, looked at me then laughed...not a welcome feeling, david as a whole was a dirty, hot noisy place with bad traffic.

Overpriced, very noisy on casino side

If you book here make sure you ask for a room that IS NOT on the side of the casino across the street, or you won't be able to sleep. It is extremely noisy with music all night!

The price here is very high and there's no in-room internet unless you want to fork out even more money!

Chiriqui Province Chiriqui Province is Panamas everything Province--mountains, volcano nearby (Boquete and Volcan-Cerro Punta) areas with good roads and great scenery. This is the dairy and vegetable growing country. The area abounds with beautiful flowers. The air is clean and fresh. The Pacific beaches are long--but dangerous--much undertow, turbid water, big fish that want to dine on you. But the scenery is beautiful. Off shore islands offer another experience for snorkelers , divers, fishermen. The Costa Rican border is near. Puerto Armuelles is an interesting area to visit-home to where the United Fruit Company used to be. But now an oil terminal, still grow bananas and plantains. A trip to the tip of the Peninsula is exciting--can only cross to the final point in low tide. Can see clear water, whales, etc.

David stands for DEAD There is absolutely nothing in David that would require a visit unless it happened to be in your way after a long trip. Be ware of the thieves.
