Best food on town If you are on a budget, "Baleadas" are a good option. This local food can be found all over the place. If you have some money to spend, then visit Cesar Mariscos. Great sea food and conch specialties.

Punta Sal Be sure to head out on an excursion to the Punta Sal National Park... and you can book this though garifunatours.com This is an excellent day out, and a must for anybody. Don't just sit around in boring Tela... get out for the day. Also head east to Pico Bonito... another great place near Ceiba
