e are a wholesale travel agency based in Los Angeles; dealing with a large data base of strong travel agencies that cater to the needs of the affluent traveler and one of our most popular destinations is Costa Rica. This property has proven to be a very unfriendly company towards those that have spend years and dollars making of this destination what it is today and it should be pointed out that all travel agents and tour operators should advice their clients that if the desires are to be cooped up in a six room place, there are many and better options available. It is our plans to disclaim this property in our web site and to all our clientele via our multi-weekly emails, plus bringing it to the attention of Costa Rican Tourism Authorities. This can end up costing Costa Rica's reputation as a world-class destination. This property is not a private club and it should be made available to all those interested in selling it. Can't imagine our company will ever be interested, but some of our clientele may. The affluent clientele we cater to do not have the time to do direct bookings.
