Terrible Experience

Awful. We stayed there on our honeymoon. The room stunk of mildew, the staff were exceptionally rude and the overall experience was not good. They double charged our credit card and kept promising it would be refunded but it never was. It took months of going back and forth with them, I finally escalated the matter to VISA to deal with. There are so many outstanding hotels in Tamarindo and everywhere in CR - don't waste your time in this place.... it's really not worth it.
