Wonderful place to relax and dine

We stayed for 5 days at this wonderful retreat in the mountains with gorgeous views of the Pacific. They serve wonderful, innovative food and there are lots of activities. It is secluded, but only takes an hour to get there from the airport. Get the Observatory if you can.
