My family stayed there in 2007. We liked it so much my son and I came back. The hotel looks wonderful, the landscaping is so pretty. The General Manager, Diana was so helpful & pleasant .The rooms were spotless, the food was good, the drinks at the bar were great, the service outstanding. They should never let that Manager go. We plan on returning in June 2009.

Top Local Tips for Limon

very interesting area Limon is a little Caribbean port, so you have to be careful where you go, just as you would if you were in New York. Some areas are better than others. Also, if you get sick (I did), the Farmacia's in town can help almost as much as a doctor. I even got a shot to help with chest congestion right in the store and got antibiotics also. I recommend a local driver named Raymond who knows everyone and everything about the Caribbean coast. There are lots of things to see and do all along the coast just doing day trips. Zip Lines, Horseback riding, canopy tours, white water rafting and more. Just try to relax and forget about work. It took me a couple of days, but I succeeded. As they say there, Pura Vida!!

Watch out Be extremely careful and stay clear of Limon. This hotel is just far enough from Limon to be ok.
