The best vacations ever

My wife and me stay at the Copacabana with the all inclusive package we stay 9 night we got 1 night free and transportation from and to the airport. The food is a la carte so comes out fresh, is cooked when you placed your order, The atmosphere and ambience are great. We stay in a room called Passion Suite with jacuzzi,located on the nude area overlooking the nude pool. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly, we were able to meet other couples. The hotel is for single and couples with an opend mind. They have activities like 4 or 5 times a week. We are planning to go back on July.

I had a relax weekend with my girlfriend, very good seafood(macho mahi-mahi), clean room and all I need, nice staff, oceanfront, good party at night. Copacabana Hotel in Jaco, Costa Rica close
to San Jose to get out from all city noises. We really enjoy it.

My wife and I decided to stay at the Copacabana because some friends recommended to us and they were right. We stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony , right on the beach. We surf and this is a great spot. At night time we hang out at the hotel bar, the staff is friendly and helpful, they set up all our tours with reasonable prices.

Nice Adult Hotel

This is a nice beach front and adult hotel that has recently been remodeled with very nice jacuzzi, a short walk from the beach. Everything is acceptable, the honor system for drinks is nice, the pool is nice, the restaurant is fine as well. All in all an excellent stay as far as facilities.
So why have I rated it so high? The staff, was incredible. Anything we could possibly want or do, they were on top of, sometimes anticipating what we wanted before we did! From the communication online in booking our stay, to every second we were there, to the final check out. They took care of us and did it with a smile. It was just amazing.
If you are looking for an affordable hotel with 5 star customer service, look no further than the Hotel Copacabana! Thank you.

Great Hotel Ocean Front Balcony in Jaco

Jaco, costa rica is a great vacation place for people that like night life and sport fishing. I was there in July and the weather was great. We went fishing and caught about 8 marlin and 1 sail fish and some "mahi mahi". The hotel was right on the beach with a excellent view, the staff were really friendly and professional. We did some other activities from the hotel, ATV, jet ski and much more...

Top Local Tips for Jaco

general information With the hotel located right on the beach, it is perfect for those that like to surf, and loaner boards are available, mine being one of them. You are within an hours drive of many of the popular tourist destinations. If you want to do a sunset horseback ride, starting in the mountains to see monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans etc., have one of the staff put you in touch with "Lilly of the Jungle". It is a great trip ending on the beach back at the hotel.

getting around I you aren't an experienced stick shift / 5 speed driver or have never driven in Central America I HIGHLY suggest having someone drive you, atleast for the first few days or to more remote areas. The driving conditions are rough, there aren't alot of street signs in some places and safety can be an issue as well. We enjoyed not having to worry about finding gas, where to park, were we going the right way. The driving was adventurous enough without us trying to do it! Oh and if you get car sick, bring meds and those pressure point writst bracelets. I had a few times I was a little naseous but it didn't get bad with the bracelets/cuffs and I only took meds once and that was on Day One because I was so nervous/excited on top of the driving!
